The song is In for the Kill by La Roux, but it the Skream Mix (Dubstep).

...the correct shift the outstretched ankle makes all the difference... you look a little cramped there....
but looks like you got all the strength and balance

lovely stuff, I think gymastics is amazing.
Do you know the theory behind centrifuges and the pirouette?
Closer to the centre the body will move faster but any acceleration on a part stretched out away from the centre will be magnified at the centre and mke the whle rotate quicker.... :)
