I can't believe these guys are still around. Where are They Playing? I Love Them since before I've known who they were with the song You Made It Right. They Rock!
Never heard of this song before.I do like standing on the Rock and know the Rock of Ages. Eugene- you gotta know that was coming. You do inspire my soul. You got me laughing again.Lol! Lol! Lisa
These guys were the best live act I ever saw and I've seen them all. Fargo, ND spring of 1976. Wish more of there studio recordings were on you tube such as "Road to Glory." That song gets me every time!
I saw them about 25+ years ago in a small bar near downtown B'ham, AL. At the time, I just thought Randle Chowning was the best ever and I managed to convince a roadie to let my drunk ass in their "dressing room" to get Randle to sign my Car Over the Lake albumn sleeve...to which I still own. It was a fantastic concert with people literally hanging from the rafters and everyone knew the words to every song. Highlight of the night - Black Sky. Very memorable.
This may be the very first song I learned after the standard children's songs. My dad used to (and still does) play it for me on his guitar. :)

Soups on!!!
"It shined", by Michael Supe Granda is one of the most interesting books I have ever read.
I think he and the "ducks" are for sure a commerical success.
