  • Great job! Looks like you're kicking your cleans out, so the bar is never really coming back in to you. That'll make the standing up part much harder than it needs to be. Really guide that bar back in to your rack and whip the elbows hard. Catch the bounce and you'll be standing right up wondering what the big deal was! Not OUT, but UP and IN. On to 120 and beyond!!!

  • @madaozeki thanks mezzie! yeah i totally feel that the bar drifts out when it gets heavy. if i can improve upon that, i think the kilos will start going up!
