The interior doesn't look much different than the interior of other 2009 cars.  The exterior styling is unfortunately bland.

Not many 2009 interiors look like the Volt interior. And about the word "bland", you know, there are many meanings to the word bland in the English Language. If there are many different unrelated definitions in the word bland, a different word should be given to its meanings to make the word clear. It needs to be understood. And that is the error in some many writings. If you consider the exterior of the Volt to be bland, meaning smooth but dull, then I think you will be incorrect.

tnguyen318: Automobile analysts have already dubbed the Volt as, "Grandma's electric car." That's a very bad sign.

We taxpayers are also going to have to give each person buying a Volt a whopping $7,500 credit to get each buyer to buy a Volt because each one is going to be priced over $40,000.  That's also bad.
