  • "Je m'appelle Antoine, j'ai 19 ans et mon père possède un gros cochon." Ah là là, I laughed so much !! :DDD

For english speakers, this means " My name is Antoine, I'm 19 years old and my father owns a big pig" ... ;)

  • Where's part two? Ou est la deuxieme partie ?

  • How come I only seem to understand the silly things that are said in french? :)

  • this STILL holds up today!

  • "Eddie, I want to ask, when one looks at the sky - does God exist? What do you think about that?"

    *french noise*

"Ah, that's a very interesting hypothesis"

  • oMg wish I'd learnt French at school from shows like this, I might be able to actually speak it now.

  • Some people may remember the fantastic Eurotrash, of which Antoine de Caunes presented alongside the designer Jean Paul Gauthier

  • Fantastico...

  • "My name is Eddie.I am 18 years old..."

"My name is Antoine.I am 19 years old"

I could not stop laughing at that, and when Antoine knowingly looks at the camera its al the funnier! :D

  • I remember watching this at the time, channel 4 always had good language programmes.

  • "bof" is an old expression from the 80's but still it's a funny emission i like eddie izzard he seems nice

  • "... my cat has exploded, my grandmother is on standby." LOL

  • Bouf!

  • Ahhhh.... ADC - I always thought of him as being a stereotype, I always thought he was an exaggerated comedy frenchman just for the british, but apparently he's a bit of a comedy legend in france.

  • @johnnyrsj well he's not really a comedian in France actually but he was the co-presentor of a very famous talk show back in the 90's, 'nulle part ailleurs', and he was impersonating different stereotypes. Now he is into films making and production as far as I know.

  • @johnnyrsj Exactly!

  • antoine de caunes- channel 4's stock french stereotype...but that's why he's brilliant! thanks for posting this, it's awesome! :-)

  • This was brilliant! I gave it 5 stars, then kept trying to give it 5 stars again later in the video.

  • I remember watching these in french classes a few years ago (in y8). Thanks for the upload.
