  • Yeah!!

  • I love this song!!! I have listened to it over and over for the last 2 weeks!!!!

  • I'm addicted to this song more than ever.

  • I had really forgot how huge this fellow was in our lives when we all lived in San Diego in the late 80s. And it was the funniest thing, but I got a crush on a gal lately, and then suddenly, out of nowhere this song returned right to the front of my brain. It was so sweet to dig this up on You Tube. Thanks for all you did for us back then HJ!

  • Happy Birthday, Howar Jones!!! I love this song!!!

  • 0:48 = Five dollar foot long!

  • kool

  • I like the mummies better but all due respect to this version I just like the humor of the mummy version with Jones participating.

  • me encanta cancion y letra...Necesito un amor eterno

Necesito un amigo y un amante divino

    Un precioso amor eterno

Espere a que, hay que esperar por él, darle un poco de tiempo

  • Both versions are cool!

  • You are a wienerchnitzel Howard!!

  • He's an awesome singer !!!

His style reminds me of mixture of Phil Collins and Steve Winwood..

  • @spacemouse1 Collins produced the radio edit of "No one is to blame"

  • He's an awesome singer !!!

  • I guess I'm the lone fan of the mummy video. Yes, it's cheezy, but it has charm.

And I love this song - had it played at my wedding almost 20 years ago. Had to give the DJ my copy. Also had it on the tape deck when I got my first speeding ticket.

  • The man of a thousand haircuts! Love his music!

  • Thank You Howard..I DO

  • I always got the thing with the mummies... "Everlasting Love".....Forever and Always....but I much more enjoyed watching this video with the old Classic movie clips. When I would watch this video as a teenager, I thought the mummies made it a cheap, corny, cheezy video. This is more classy! Thanks for sharing.

  • I like these old clips better than the video with the mummy.

  • why is this guy dressed like a priest ?

  • @GreenFiles lol

  • I found my everlasting love and was worth it wait for it =)

  • @SStephane09 I also found mine and was worth the wait. Never thought it would happen.

  • @jp00349 I'm glad that happen to you too, because for me, this couple years are been the best of my whole life =D

  • @jp00349 Amen!

  • This is better than the 1st version - what's the deal with the mummy couple?

  • I'll wait for it ! And My J will be there when our time comes.

  • Elizabeth Taylor!

  • I haven't seen this version before. Thanks for all of the uplifting music throughout the years Howard!! A thumbs up! :) Peace2U, Alex

  • One person couldn't wait for it and give it some time. :(

  • what's up with this version? i'd never seen it til tonight and this is my all time fave song.hmm.not sure which i prefer

  • I really liked Howard, but I hated this video. The way he moves his hands makes him look like he has some kind of disorder. It's so not nice.

  • Howard Jones was a droll son of a bitch. Great song. It's a hit right now if you brought it back, Howard.

  • 1:47

    lol

  • Amazing song comrades.

  • Turns out, a few days ago heard this song, then, had in mind, walking around town today, I hear a whistling type, this part: She wasn't thinking of tomorrow or of next week This vacancy I Meant to Permanently fill ♫ ♫ ♫ ... In finger snap, these things happen to me! (anchelicht shrugs)

  • I love this 'video version. and i have always loved this song. awesome! so different than today's cookie-cutter-lyrics.

  • ZERO dislikes....damn right!

  • I think the director of this video now works as a cashier at the Piggly Wiggly.

  • Ah, I like this video to, so Howard used the other video, with the mummie and the daddy, :)

  • I remember exercising to this song at fitness classes at my local Y during the late 80's!

Great song, great video. I've always loved Howard Jones and his music!

  • I was a Howard Jones fan and I never ever heard of this track before, just looked it up and it only reached no 62 in the charts, no wonder I haven't heard this song before it was a total flop.

  • Show them what real music is Howard!

  • Well played on the vid!

  • haven't forgotten

  • I love this song too. This is cool, never knew there was another version. it makes more sense than the one they actually used with the mummies, though that was funnier.

  • This is my all time favorite HJ song. I like this video version better than the other. :) It's all good HJ! Love your music!
