Not to mention, Dave's timing is so much better. Compare for yourself. Joey gets a little to fast and ahead of the group. Dave has always had perfect timing. Besides, when Joey can start his own band being the lead song writer and musician, while playing and singing, as legendary as the foos, Ill give him a bit more credit.

They're both amazing players and each brought their own style and energy to the band, which is what qotsa's 'open door' policy is designed to do.
