  • Way better than professors at Caltech. I gotta say that core Bio course at Caltech is as horrible as the British literature studies here could be.

  • @danobeitia maybe you should try to understand the context. when talking about a bunch of MIT researchers, why throw in an unimportant caveat? golgi shared the nobel prize with cajal, and we all know what happened there.

  • He sounds strangely distressed. Maybe it's just his voice.

    Anyway, good video.

  • The lecturer gives all the credit for the discovery of reverse transcriptase to David Baltimore. He forgot to mention Howard Temin (University of Wisconsin-Madison), who discovered the enzyme simultaneosly and shared the nobel prize for such discovery. Not all great research happens only at MIT.

  • @danobeitia Baltimore is working for Caltech, if my recollection is right, not MIT.

  • Steam in turbul;ent flwo does nulear fusion from the Hs!

  • Awesome! Thanks for posting these lectures!

  • Thanks for the presentation. Easy to understand and informative.
