i dont think so, as the ending from novel is out alrdy, but there r a LOT of people (or i should say majority of the readers, include myself..LOL) dont really like it, so there is very little chance there will be a 2nd season on anime, this is what I found out from many of the comments from the forums

Yeah Natsuru might've sounded like a ten year old kid, but if you overlook all of the obvious things that are wrong with it, and look at the good things about it, you'll see it's a good anime. And people mispronounce the word because its in German, and not many people will notice the two little dots at the top of the A.

Remember Shizuku Sango's friend (cant remember her name) who was killed in some kampfer battle? It was mentioned at the very begenning of a later episode. I've been thinking, If they ever want to make a meaningful new season of Kampfer, they should base it on the events leading up to that battle (or what ever the situation was). No details about that were given.(except that she was a very close friend of Shizuku) For me, that would be the best story for a new season.
