@GSDebunked It is one of the committee rooms in portcullis house. You are allowed in there during public committees, I'd recommend it for sure, it is in this room where much of the real scrutiny goes on not in the chamber.

It is vagualy familiar to Meeting Room nine, but I am not sure.
