The next time NIN tour, it will be their farewell tour. Trent made a speech in Las Vegas back in December stating that for the next tour NIN will be a 4 piece & once the tour finishes that's it for good. Dates in OZ & NZ confirmed already Euro & US dates to be confirmed

I'm afraid not. The Spring/Summer 2009 tour will be their last. NIN are currently in OZ / NZ playing some festivals, then there's apparently going to be some US Amptheatre shows, then euro....then that is it. Trent will be concentrating on other non musical projects, namely the Year Zero tv show.

trent reznor is a perfectionist. thats why there isnt any live albums out, he cant get the sound quality high enough to release it on cd. so i doubt there will be a dvd without remastering the audio.

There's one live album out called "And All That Could Have Been: Live", featuring live audio taken from the Fragility 2.0 tour. There is also a DVD with the same name, feauturing video footage from the same tour.

We also have "And All That Could Have Been: Still", which tecnically is a live album, but not featuring any audience in the original manner. There are other live releases aswell.

the show in Duluth, Ga (NE Atlanta) was only 1/2 full... could have been it was a midweek show that started at 7pm (well, closer to 730). I was expecting a MUCH larger turnout for one of the best visual experiences (without drugs) in my life..

Sometimes you have to say fuck it and go by yourself. I was in the same situation. Most of my friends don't even listen to Rock music and the rest who do listen to generic radio crap like Coldplay and Fallout boy. But I am a rabid NIN fan so I got my ticket, went by myself and had a blast.

It's great to have people there to hang out with and talk to during the intermission but when the music starts it becomes an entirely personal experience.

I actually liked this transition. Everyone "knows" that The Wretched should follow The Frail and that's why Closer following it was so genius. It threw you off and showed you that our man Trent has a ton of tricks up his sleeve. I approve!
