  • @HZSOLTI9 this is a great card, i have the same, i play with lot of actual games as black ops, metro 2033, crysis 1&2 and many others, before i bought it, i read lot of forums about this card, so many people appreciate this one, so their comment helped me so much about choosing a graphic card

  • lag

  • will this work on windows 98?

  • @JamZ3646 trololololololololololololol

  • @JamZ3646 ahahahah

  • @JamZ3646 it works on 7 is cu ur pc P;

  • this video is stolen from some guy who was playing this on ps2

  • @gazzxr crysis isnt for ps2

  • is normal with my 275 gtx playing crysis with high detail 1440x900 no AA added to 85 degrees after 25 minutes of play. 40% fan factory. no occ. and normal?

  • 0:31 fail

  • @illmagnified many thanks for your NICE honest comment and support my friend. your NICE . the reason i got a bit mad is because ive just spent 700 pounds on totally revamping my whole comp.. i took your recomendations buddy and bought the game and like you said i run it on max settings for everything with good fps and playability andim enjoying it immensly. The reason for not overclocking bud is ... lol im not that clever m8, i would appreciate any info or help tho to do it, regards: kayak

  • gt220 or HD 4650?

  • Hey Kayak1926p- I don't know why your comment was spammed, it was a legitimate comment, With a Q6700 and a GTX 275 you can play any game out there at max settings with AA at 1920X1080 and higher at perfectly smooth fps. The Q6700 is still a very fast processor, Why don't you overclock it and get Core i7 like performance out of her? Overclock your cpu to 3.2 to 3.6GHZ and pair a GTX 275 and you have yourself one insane system.

  • Hes also using 8X AA! Lets see how well other computers run Crysis with 8X AA! The GTX 275 is no joke, How do i know? I Own one! I literally just ran Vantage and scored 15,224- I could easily get more performance out of her but no need- I play Crysis at 4X AA at 1920X1080 everything Maxed. It honestly is a Beasttt of a card, especially if the rest of your system can keep up with it.

  • @illmagnified: indeed it is! Right now i have this setup -> Intel Quad Core Q6600(OC @ 3.4 Ghz), 8GB Crucial Ballistix, Motherboard XFX 780i, BFG GTX 275 OC edition.

Runs anything i throw at it at max/very high settings on a 32 inch LCD TV(1080p).

As far as i know it delivers same performance as a GTX280 but at a budget price!

  • @Jhedan Dude holy shit man- we have like the same exact system specs! I have an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 running at 3.6GHZ with a Zalman 9700 CPU Heat Sink, 8GB OCZ Reaper-X Memory, EVGA 780i Tri SLI Mobo, Nvidia GTX 275 OC Ed. in SLI and 3 terrabytes of storage in Raid-0 + a 40" 1080P HD LCD at 120Hz! Lolol we really do have the same system bro. The GTX 275 beats the GTX 280 in a lot of instances plus its smaller process makes it an overclocking beast. The GTX 275= best bang for buck gpu.

  • @illmagnified: Yeah! well i don't have a SLI setup, but i used to have 2 8800 GTs, sold em and got more memory and the GT 275, which works awesome. As you pointed: GTX 275 is the best bang for your buck.

Let me ask you this: Does Win 7 still has SLI issues? because thats what made me go for a single but more powerful video card.

  • @Jhedan What up my GTX 275 brada- Ya Win7 Rocksss now. The drivers are finally stable- the SP's are out and the updated Nvidia drivers mesh well with WIn7- If you were planning on going SLI- now is the perfect time. You can pick up GTX 275's for a little over 200 bucks now and they still fly and compete with today's high end cards. My GTX 275's in SLI allows me to play Crysis at 1920X1080- 8X AA everything maxed out with the Visual Mods. With a single GTX 275 i play at 1920X1080 no AA.

  • @illmagnified: Cool, then perhaps i'll buy a new GTX 275 for a SLI setup in the next months.

Im still not sure if i should upgrade my CPU, since the Q6600 Overclocks pretty good IMO. Currently have it OCed to 3.4 Ghz on a Coolermaster Hyper TX2 and runs stable.

  • @Jhedan That is the problem I was having to...Fry's electronics has Q9550's for $199.99 and they overclock to 4GHZ like crazy and are significantly faster than the Q6600's...but then you overclock the Q6600 to 3.4 to 3.6 and the gap shortens considerably...But my LGA 775 780i Tri sli motherboard is still nasty and im not going to upgrade until the Next generation Intel platforms come out and the 8-Core chip is released. GTX 275's is SLI is Crazy fast and nothing taxes them including Crysis.

  • The Cryengine is amazing! I can play Crysis with an AMD Athlon 64 3000+, a GeForce 8600, and 1GB of DDR RAM. There are some games that are so poorly made that they look a lot worse and cannot run with these specifications.

  • Dude, that's just horrible. Lol. I would kill myself If i was running that shit. Must be getting 10 frames on the lowest settings.

  • of course its kind of slow cause of fraps..

  • Are you kidding me? Fallout 3? The game based off the Oblivion Engine? Yes Oblivion and Fallout 3 have kick ass graphics but it is nothing compared to Crysis, this is even Multiplayer which isn't close to as detailed as Crysis single player but reguardless, Fallout 3's engine isn't close to the advancements and graphics rendering techniques used in Crysis, hell Fallout 3 isn't even DX10- let a lone not having "God Rays" and volumetric clouds like Crysis for example lol.

  • Im seeing lag...that has to be his cpu and rams fault

  • "lag" is a term used when you have a bad internet connection ..... nothing to do with the system

  • No it isnt. Dont try and complicate it.

  • lag

  • bro thats not lag its microstuddering

  • @Xtream24 this lags are product of the fucking fraps, cause i got the same vga and is not laggie

  • actually only the latest new cards are impressive.. the older \nvidia's were not so great performance... but the 200 series are exellent.

    240GT and up to 295GTX.

You get oustanding graphics with smooth game play.

  • And you can say this considering ATI's drivers are SHIT?

  • @StatPhxSuns LoL man I would rather have shitty drivers and better GPU than oposite...

  • @StatPhxSuns Oh, just like the ps3 and 360 fanboys.

  • @Dorisequador its true ATI recently got the crown for the fastest silicon, but don't boast to hard, they were well behind up until there most recent release and is facing "older" technology and Nvidia is yet to release there competing card out of the stables which im sure will be ridiculous. Don't get me wrong, i have owned all ATI cards and AMD cpu's, i went Intel/Nvidia this round since Intel owns AMD right now and the GTX 275 OC is the best Bang/Buck card right now.

  • Believe it or not I also went from AMD to Intel and I loved AMD's performance..

But I prefer Intel for the fact it just runs so cool!

I actually buy high Mhz systems and graphic cards and down clock them a bit to keep them running cool...

I loose maybe 5 frames or a small amount of 3D mark poerformance but nothing noticable except for really running cool.

I love my New Acer Aspire 18.4 inch screen Laptop with and Intel dual and a 240GT Nvidia card it runs incredably well and cool.

  • @Dorisequador kind of funny how ATI just recently got the performance crown from Nvidia which held on to it for years, and at one point ATI couldnt even compete at the high end of Nvidia. So stop talking shit. Both companies have excellent products- the GTX 275 is no joke, its like 4 3870's put together in ATI terms.

  • @Dorisequador nvidias better ati cards break and get fried

  • @qck101 Na I still have all my original graphic cars since the 32megs ones and they all work ATI and Nvidia.

  • it may not be getting the highest fps, but remember its maxed out

  • I dont think so that those are best graphs !

  • ive seen dvi vs vga and personally, i see not much of a diff.... lol

  • wow so you dont see the difference between analog and digital?

you must have a shitty monitor/tv or something because i noticed more detail on my desktop the second i started using HDMI which is the same as DVI+audio

  • first off i said little difference, second i dont own a dvi or hdmi tv/monitor, i cpmpare it from 7 of my frends monitors and the hundreds that they have in stores.....

  • 8800GT is a beast of a card, if you put two in SLi, you can still outperform most £400 cards.

  • No you can't a single GTX 295 is around £300-350, and would still outperform two 8800's

  • @Tsyoki even after all these years no mid range card can still beat it! i find that hilarious lol 8800gt is da beast for at least another year lol!!! 8800gt sli wuld smash anythin else! hahaha i no i no gtx 295 sli idc, 8800gt still rules

  • lol not anymore

the gtx260 core 216 is only about 200 dollars and its as good IF NOT BETTER than 2 of those cards in sli

  • lol GTX 260.

896MB with a core clock speed of 576Mhz, shader clock at 1242Mhz and a memory clock of 1998Mhz.

    Now for the 8800GT.

512MB with a core clock of 700Mhz, shader clock at 1700Mhz and memory clock of 2000Mhz.

8800GT runs faster, and considering it was the first PCI-E 2.0 GPU, it should be slower than a 260 but it doesn't.

Saying something like it'd be better than two 8800GT's in SLi is ridiculous.

  • sorry but its not that simple lol

the gtx card has better performance trust me

not to mention the video ram which is needed in games like crysis

  • i'm not lacking anything, i was Comparing the GTX275 to the 4890

you know what? im not wasting my time with your childishness, Shut the hell up and get off youtube.

    this converstion is over

  • Wow you're a sorry-ass peice of shit. dont get jealous of other people just becaouse your poor ass doesnt have the latest technology. Its called a JOB. But to be honest, i Dont think they Hire Fatasses like you who sit at his mom's Computer making shitty youtube comments all day.

    Get a Life asswipe.

  • and thus i addressed these problems with "It annoys me", "not It Kills me Everyday." it would just make more scence to me, that as soon as ATI Got GDDR5, Nvidia should hav gotten it to.

plus i would have been pissed if I missed that in GTA.

  • wow u seem to have no idea what ur talking about.

First, I KNOW GTA4 CAN RUN WITH 896MB, i said that you cant MAX OUT THE Viewing Distance in GTA4 with 896MB, it requires over 1gb of memory on ure card.

Secondly, GDDR5 Has Mutch Faster latencies than GDDR3, Witch is now the RAM Standard.

  • The only thing that annoys me about the GTX275 is that it only has 896MD (Cant Max outn GTA Viewing) and uses GDDR3 Memory, (when at the same time, GDDR5 is out)

  • Dude the GTX 275 Core is a Beast. I wish Nvidia paired it with GDDR5 memory and a 512bit interface- but then it would be a GTX 285 (minus the GDDR5). Reguardless i have a Windows 7 machine with a 3.6GHZ Intel Quad Core and a GTX 275 driving a 40" 1080P LCD Panel with no problems. I run Fallout 3 with 8X QXAA and 15 Anistropic Filtering at 1920X1080 with almost 90FPS to play around with.

  • Oh just wait until the 300 series comes, it'll be GDDR5, dx11, Shader model 5.

  • O i know the GTX 300 Core is gonna be Crazy but its also gonna be Crazy Expensive. Im happy as fuck with my purchase- I am playing Crysis at 1920X1080 with 4X AA at over 40FPS a second. My old EVGA 8800GT SuperClocked OC which was running faster than the 8800GTX maxed at 1680X1050 at playable FPS without any AA! The GTX 275 is a MONSTER!

  • Yeah the GTX 275 will be great for a while, the GTX 285 only has advantages in a few games, and not by that much.

I might get one to play Far Cry 2, Crysis, RE5, and Fallout 3 on, I also wonder if the 8800gtx will be fine for MW2 or if getting the GTX 275 would be better.

  • Oh wow dude, my older setup which was an EVGA 8800GT SuperClocked which i had running at 730/1850/2.2Ghz which was faster than the 8800GTX at stock- ran all the games you just mentioned including Crysis at 1680X1050 with 2X AA in FarCry 2. I had to upgrade to a GTX 275 because i upgraded my Display to a Toshiba 40" 1080P LCD and I needed the extra power to run at 1920X1080 with AA which it can do no sweat. I was playing Crysis at 1920X1080 wtih 8XQAA at over 40FPS.The GTX 275 is RIDIC.

  • The main gaming PC I've been doing for about a year in a half is 1920x1200 monitor and stock 8800gtx and Core i7 and 3 GB ram.

Great for COD4, Dead Space, F.E.A.R. F.E.A.R. 2, not too bad for Crysis.

  • Thats a mighty fine rig you got there! The 8800GTX is still no joke and faster than what most people have still.

  • Oh yeah Bioshock and COD4 on it took my breath away, and it seemed to be unstoppable, until I got Crysis.

  • LOL Crysis does that to gaming rigs- You think you have the most bad ass setup then you pop Crysis in which sets you back in your place here on Earth. But still, the 8800GTX was the beginning of a great GPU arms race that were currently in. Graphics cards instantly doubled theyre speed over nite with the release of that card.

  • Got a new monitor about a month ago, better then the 17 inch non wide screen non DVI I recorded this video on. Soon I'll do another one

  • Oh, so probably 1920x1080 or 1920x1200 and DVI, that'll be gorgeous.

    VGA still not that bad?

I think I did a VGA 13 inch monitor from 2004 till this summer.

  • VGA is not horrible, its just not HD. And yes 1920x1080 in 1080i

  • Wait, 1080i?

  • 1080p my bad.

  • what kind of cpu are you using?

  • AMD atlon 64 x2 6000+

  • so this is my question my max budget for a card is 200 quid whats the best card i can get for that i know the 4850 x2 is round that mark but the gtx and hd 4870 and 90 looks good too

  • MSI GTX275 Twin frozr OC edition rocks :)

  • I actually just got the Gigabyte GTX 275 OC Ed with 2Oz of copper and a stock clock of 660mhz core. Thats higher than the GTX 275 from BFG which everybody was raving and ranting about. For the money the GTX 275 is an amazing deal, it performs better than the GTX 285 when overclocked slightly.

  • I can enable 8xAA with my 4870 1gb and only get about 5 - 7 fps lower than with no AA

  • ONLY ??!!!

  • crysis wars i got same thing/game

  • dukes right, you really don't need that much AA. 4xAA is more than enough for any resolution.

i myself play crysis at 1920x1080 and i only use 4xAA and it looks fine.

  • When my parts arrive i'll be doing a video on crysis.

    3 way SLI 780i

    950 watt PSU

    q9550

    2 x 275's sli

Full setting and max AA - My monitor is a little bit small but i'll go the highest I can

  • im w8ting for my 4850

  • if u took 8xAA off u would get like 20 more FPS AA Kills the system

  • It would also look worse. Defeats the purpose of seeing the graphics on a card that people are looking at to buy.

  • and why did you choose for the GTX275 instead of hd4890 or was that the only card you wanted? :)

  • gtx275 is a pretty awesome card still.

  • Because GTX 275 has verry verry veryy good PhysX and what PhysX does is just to make the game more realistic wich is reallly good

like when u shoot bullets on walls , u can see those shiits explosing and ...

  • I'm going to buy the E8400 with 4 gig.. what should i do?

the GTX275 or the HD4890 PLZ HELP ME :<

    ive got an 19inch monitor

  • actually, hd 4890 beats 275 by a bit. but because nvidia is the big brother, so most of the video games company would go gay and let nvidia gpus get a few more fps. 275 runs fine wth a 550w psu, rumours say it all. but its too good to be true, im using 550 toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

  • ur wrong, a XFX 4890 XXX (overclocked) beats a GTX260 but not the GTX275. For 200 English pound tho i would get 4850x2 they out perform a GTX 285 and i have proof, google it for a reviwew and look at benchmarks but then again 4850x2 is two cards stuck together :D ATI v NVIDIA once again :P

  • GTX 275 Because GTX 275 has verry verry veryy good PhysX and what PhysX does is just to make the game more realistic wich is reallly good

like when u shoot bullets on walls , u can see those shiits explosing and ...

  • Thinking of buying a GTX275 now and maybe later on go sli, just wondering if that's a good idea or wait for some other card coming out in the near future?

  • How many FPS were you getting without recording?

  • 45-50

  • not bad, still if we wanted more we just needed to take off AA

  • how much frames are you getting with what RES?

  • im going to by gtx 275 the clocked version, and ho good will it preform?,and wich AA? :D

  • My suggestion get a fairly affordable usb save your games on that and run it....

  • Usb is slow for running games, sure they will run...sure it will work.. but you will notice a increase in performance if you play your games off a SATA HDD faster transfer rate of files. Not so much as in game but your loading bars will fly.

  • i m gona get same card as u just superclocked golden sample ... will i have nice fps in crysis my specs NOW : amd phenom 9650 overclocked to 2.6-7 geforce 9800 gt and 3 gb ram ... ????

  • Godammmit!!!! Why do computer parts cost so fuckin much... I spent like 800 bucks on my computer, 250 on this card, and now apparently my dual core processor isn't enough.... and I need a new psu.... and soon more RAM.....

  • yay :D

  • I get 30-40... maybe more. I haven't played crysis in a long time and I got my computer running better now. But The game play is flawless... I would recommend this card any day. Its Just as good as the 285 and smokes the 280

  • what FPS do you get with out fraps and is this a good card as I am thinking of getting one.

  • is this grafik card good

  • whats the motherboard that can support 4 graphics cards it just splits the information between the 4?

  • currently to the best of my knowledge the only time 4 dedicated graphics cards are in one machine is when at least one of them is dedicated to PhysX and not part of the SLI

  • is it on ultra high? pls pm me ;)

  • are you runing aaf on 16q

  • Lol, its smooth game play. Its called FRAPS my friend. Cant handle recording HD that well. Has nothing to do with my processor. I was using 27% combined cores to run Crysis. No processor Problem there. Also Games Are not threaded for 4 cores yet... Most are still only at 1 core. Quad core's are not needed for gaming.

  • Most games are dual core now, quad is almost a must for GTA 4 though, crysis benefits from it aswell but its made for dual.

  • Quad core does help... But A lot of games are still only threaded for single core believe it or not... High end Single core CPU"s can still play games like this. GTA 4 is mostly about ram. My build can play GTA 4 on full with good FPS but the thing Is to actually play "full" you need around 12 gigs of ram just to Render Everything on the map... If you don't have that then all the cars and buildings load as your driving t'wards them

  • Uhm, nothing pops in on my game, and I also have it on the PS3 (Which has the worst version, and THAT has popins and the vehicle limit to 15 rofl!) Anyway, no its not about ram, read the official forums, its about your CPU speed and threads, it uses all 4 threads, compare a dual to a quad in GTA, with an 8800GT, you'll notice the frames increase with the quad quite a bit. And no, I dont see any popin up vehicles or buildings in my game, turn the view dist up.

  • Its about rendering, My friend has a quad core with 3 285's and 6 gigs of ram. It still cant Render ALL the cars n the game. I'm not talking pop-ups i'm talking having the cars loaded 2 islands over.

  • Not to be rude, but you have no idea about the GTA IV's engine, it wont, never will, render cars thats on the other island, or even in mohawk when youre at the airport, it wont, never will, what use would it make for the gamer other than drop the framerate, and yes, once youre far up the air or far off looking at the other island or whatever, you'll see some red n yellow lights thats all, you will NEVER EVER see cars farther than the view distance, just ask rockstar its simple.

  • Oh and Car Density is how many cars you can see on-screen simultaneously, not how far they will draw.

  • Man, i'm building a Core i7 GTX 275 system, can't wait. =) BTW, what's your resolution?

  • if you had a quad core cpu you would have a smoth gameplay with this card

  • like they ps3 can perform crysis with graphics like this...

  • Nothing is Oc'd its all stock. Not even Factory Oc'd. And Thanks!

  • is that card OC'd? Btw, like the explosion u did

  • cool, i cant wait for crysis 2 to come out on PS3, finally a game to take full advantage of the ps3

  • hahaha i have seen too much games on ps3 with very low frame rate.... it has reach its limit

  • The GPU on the PS3, or any console in fact, is nowhere near the power of Nvidia's GTX 200, not even 9 series, or 8 series. And before you say something about CPU with 9 cores, Crysis, no game in fact, doesn't use any more than 4 cores I believe, and the PS3 CPU speeds, per core, is very low. So they have to make 2 versions of Cryengine V.3, the full blown, more adjustable, "true", PC version. and the conservative, lower spec console version.

  • after doing extensive research i have learn that you are right about everything you say, i have now sold my ps3 and am building my own custom rig (budget gaming rig)

    thank you for the info

  • haha, nice.

  • Around 25 with fraps recording

  • I'll be getting a GTX 275. can u tell me what was you're lowest fps.

  • good crysis

  • Ram speed is 1066

  • I'm presumin 1280x1024??

Can tell me your PC spec?

  • Yes 1280x1024, I have a AMD 3.0ghz Dual core at stock speeds, a gigabyte motherboard, XFX GTX 275, 4 gigs OCZ Reaper ram
