  • I remember being in pain the first time I saw this

  • 10 people are americans

  • @dizzydiggy98 I think 10 people are true British folk music fans, who can't bear to see their traditional songs befouled in this way. But I love this sketch! I remember wanting to write a similar sketch about the Spice Girls at the time, tripping over platform shoes and landing in the audience, forgetting lines, hiccupping on Wannabe, etc.

  • Even more like folking Ray Mears. Why is it you never see them in the same scene together?

  • What is the title of the song that Simon Day is singing?

  • Is that Mumford & Sons?

  • ARSE!!! was the most shouted comedy phrase in the UK during the 90's thanks to these brilliant sketches & Father Jack Hackett from Father Ted

  • The best rendition of All Around My ARSE! ever ;o)

  • What an ARSE classic. I still ARSE do this sketch in the ARSE shop

    Now. COCKSACKER.....

  • Pure class!

  • MASTERPIECE

  • I wonder how this ...ARSE... material goes down in ...ARSE... other counties. Or does it only ...ARSE... work in Britain?

  • @Infidelerious Being from Belgium I can tell you that it goes down very well here. Ah well, for some of us. Most of my fellow belgians are not as far evolved comedy-wise, they're still stuck with slapstick.

    FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAART...

  • @Infidelerious Goes very well in Serbia, too.

  • @Infidelerious

The show is a legend in Finland too and this with it. But I think the very drunk old guy was something that still sometimes pops up in a conversation. And the pervert suit salesmen.

  • blood good

  • @BoycottStabb Too right and well said. Little Britain is crap.

  • @BoycottStabb understatement, Little Britain shouldn't be in the comments at all, they aren't even compareable :D

  • @BoycottStabb Plus little britain isn't even that funny.

Froggie went a courtin' and he did ride

With a sword and a pistol by his side, uh-huh uh-huh, oh yeah

  • The Songs in order are

    Scarborough Fair (Clive Tucker)

The Farmer and the Rabbit (Murtagh Blethyn)

    Frog Went A-Courtin' (Bob Fleming)

All around my Hat (Jed Thom-arse)

    The Wild Rover (All)

  • @mondyboy81 Thanks for the info. I'm hypnotised by Murtagh Blethyn - the jumper, the 'tacheless beard ... if only there was a recorded version on the web of "The Farmer and the Rabbit" to listen to.
