Gone from 69 kg to 67 kg in 4 weeks. I do 2/3 sets, buns OR legs, arms and abs, 1 day cardio 30 mins and then repeat. Taking 1-2 days in a week off. I was a size 40 now I'm almost my targeted size 38 :) I don't diet. You'll lose centimeters for sure, but feel firmer as well. And it will be visible within 2 weeks max.
The Lower Body is only part 1-5??? Aren't there part 6-7? Because the Upper Body is part 1-7 and it's 60 minutes. And the Lower Body is only 35-40 minutes and only part 1-5. Do you know anything about this?

@mariaizukraine ask your doctor, but if you are really healthy do cardio for 60minutes, six days a week. Everyone needs rest. Rest for one day.
