More generally, however, Wayne's tone of acting is completely out of line with the scene and the show in general. A good actor or improvisor would know that. You can't just act in any way you feel like. It is completely at odds with Colin's deliberate, cartoony caricature of a bad cop, and Wayne does not realize that. Like I said, he needs to stick with singing.
