I like the video player on "reggaelinx website"better, it allows you to zoom in and play in slow motion. Plus they allow you to play your own playlist. You guys should check it out.

This show was actually in 2003. It was the 20th anniversary show and it was a great one. I was doing stage security at this show and was in the photo pit right in front of the stage.The DVD was released in 2004.

Re: Reggae on the River - This year's show is July 17 & 18 2010 Probably won't achieve the heights you described, SIDEWINDERabel, but looks like a magnificent venue, all surrounded by the Northern California redwoods like it is. Hope to be dancing under the stars! One Love . . .

ROTR was in Piercy Ca, Southern Humboldt county, Norcal. The year of this show was 2001. I was there and truly witnessed the greatest reggae show on earth! The sound system was incredible!!! Never to be replicated again! 3- days-3-nights camping, partying, and lovin the music and especially the unity/love & positive vibrations!

Reggae on the river was held annually since the 80's in California, I could be wrong but I think it stopped a few years ago, Don't quote me on that though, Saw Toots in Norwich, UK where I live a few years back, hes amazing, still got the moves too, baring in mind he'd just had a hip replacement lol BLESS!!!
