Pressure washing it does not work, I just tried it and some comes off but it's a very very slow process to remove just a little bit.

@eyewarnedyou I think the water may slip under the clear and prevent air from lifting it off. If you try, let us know :)

@eyewarnedyou You sand the rest with a block. You have to sand anyways since you want to give a good bite for the next paint.

What PSI are you using?

@vacman1945 ~85psi. (90pis minus hose lenght) I got at LEAST 90 % of it off that way
