You made the statement "In an effort to defend myself I broke several of his bones after taking the gun away." Shouldn't you have stopped 'breaking his bones' after taking the gun away?
Then you say you were arrested for beating your sister and not for breaking the kids bones. CONFUSING at the least.
I sure would like to see the case.
