If it was in pain it would of done something about it- just because it's a kitten doesn't mean it's completely helpless, nor does that mean it's completely weak. @hepiimou You're not the cat, you don't know how it feels. I've had dozens of cats (lived on a farm growing up) and most slept in uncomfortable looking poses, often with their eyes open. My current cat sleeps on his back, twisted so his front half points left and his back half points right, and sometimes with his eyes half open. It scared me the first few times I saw it but he was obviously happy like that. Cats don't pass out that way unless they feel safe and are comfy.

My 60 year old mother has those same lines on her wrists, too. That's what happens when you move your hands around a lot. The skin at your wrists will start to develop fold-lines.
