vallillo1983, this video was taken in the alleyways of suburban Tokyo, in Japan. I saw many familiar Tokyo landmarks in this video, such as the Tokyo City Govt building, an ANA jet taking off,the Tokyo Monorail and typical street scenes in Tokyo.
actually i take that back, more than halfway through the video, it shows those maps that they show on the airplane trips to Taiwan but the map is showing japan

The Video is in Japan as u can see the Hiragana Ma(ま) and Re(れ) and it says 止まれ which means "stop".
