I'd love to get a model of Peter Sam, or his real life name edward thomas, but what company made the ho/oo scale model and where can I get it without spending alot of money?
I've really been wanting a model of peter sam without the face because I have a layout of the narrow guage engines but it is set in real life. Can you tell me how you made that locomotive?
To get the faces off the ertl trains you take a small knife like a hobby knife and carefully cut the face off the ertl model. Watch out though, becuse the face is connected to the loco with a small steel hole that a thing on the face goes into, so carefully push the face off/cut it.
Where did you get the kit, paint, chassis, and pony wheel for Peter Sam?

The models look great. Bertram looks swell, and the painting for Peter Sam is marvelous! I can't wait to see what they'll look like with faces. ;)

if you use the ertl face sfor your engines it will make them look great.
