Depends on what kind of bag you use.

you are doing this wrong. you are suppossed to put clear nail polish on before you paint on the designs otherwise it will be virtually impossible to get the design up off the plastic bag. trust me, i learned this from experience.

For Everyone Who Is Asking How To Stick Them On: You Have To Take A Top Coat Or Just A Clear Nail Polish.. Put It on one side of the sticker grab the sticker with tweezers and stick it on ur nail.. Add a top coat to prevent chipping and your done! Hope I Helped! :D

@julllliette Water only helps when it's on nails. The cold water cools down your whole fingertip, because the nail varnish is effectively 'melting' on your nails because they're so warm. It won't work that much on an already cool CD or bag.

if you do have the accuracy needed to make stickers, why not paint the hearts directly on the nail? while wet, the stickers were 3d, but they flatened...why so much effort?
