atg's don't build size or explosion. In fact I'm not truly sure what the hype is about them. You gain mech advantages with partial lifts. the bigger the advantage, the bigger the weight. Partial lifts target different groups. full rom just graze over everything. And besides I got 500atg after 2months on the shelf. Hadnt done them prior and only did 600+ quarter squats. atg is overrated

@spitfire6556 if your going lower than 90 degrees when your squatting and your still using your knees instead of your hips, glutes and hamstrings to move the weight then you can't squat worth dick learn proper technique first and you'll never face knee problems steroids or non steroids my friend, not an insult directed at you just some useful information on squatting

@DeusUniversa10 steroids will make your muscles grow moron, if you have been taking them for many years and lifting weights even if your form is shit youll grow. look the videos of kevin levrone now and he doesnt look anything at all like the old kevin and he explains a lot about steroids. he just looks like a normal guy. no more big muscles.
