do you have a custom firmware? if yes,

create a folder named "iso" in the ROOT of your mem stick. copy the games in it, after on the psp, go to mem stick it will be there :P (you put iso and cso in the iso folder)

hey when you down load the game then what do you do

put your memory stick pro duo in your computer

open it up

and drag the game into the ISO file
