@mahrya91 Everyone is entitled to their opinion but although this was a quick portrait I did purely to make a full video, it turned out to be a great piece of work to add to my collection. Let the haters hate ;P lol Thanx so much for your comment, when u have completed your portrait please do send it to me, I would love to see it!
@mahrya91 haha well yeah this one i did one night after trying for days to speed up my video footage and failing terribly! too many hours of footage. So i decided i would do a quick portrait thinking it would be a bit rubbish. 6 hours later i had completed this so was quite shocked with myself. Usually i spend anything from 60 to 100+ hrs on each portrait. i cant speed it up but will be uploading some process photos soon of my best work ;)
I used a whole pencil up doing this..at the end u can see how small it is, I didnt think it would last.lol It was a 8B pencil from the brand STAEDTLER mars lumograph. It has charcoal texture and prevented shine when doing all those layers of black.
