Overalls are worn by people who are not farmers or live in the country; anybody can wear them. The misconception that people who wear overalls are "hicks" is untrue.

Instead of taking advice from "Fashion Critics", people should Wear whatever they feel is comfortable and best suits them (within reason, of course)...

I don't see anything wrong with wearing overalls. It maybe true that not very many people people wear them, but that doesn't give anyone the right to "sterotype" and "make fun of" those who like to wear overalls or those who think they look good in them! Just be yourself!
