  • I got way outta shape from some medical complications. I got a pair of those myself, but I'm so weak after all this time. Would attaching those things to the 12" Standard Plate Loading Pin with Clip and holding for time help me do that? Enjoyed the video btw.

  • @matrix1240 The loading pin with clip I'm referring to would also be ordered from Ironmind like those Eagle Loops.

  • @matrix1240 Sounds like a good idea. In any case, the loops should help with building finger strength.

  • I'm 13, dope-free, and I can max out at 73 perfect, crystal clear pull ups from dead hang in row NO STOP with pauses using no momentum as well! XD
