the song is Manipuri, an all time favourite and yes the video clip is taken from a Korean movie. So actually it is a excelent combination work, it would have not been appreciated lesser if the video clip happens to be from a manipuri video. Also many times Koreans and Manipuris are always mistaken to be the other way round which is really a very good experience.

The song may be manipuri, but the video is for 100% taken from korean drama (this actress is quite famous), so I guess it's a fanwork.
