I felt the exact same way, in april on my trip to costa rica, my grandma had to take care of my pacman frog,crested gecko, and brazilian rainbow boa,hamster, and cat. I was very worried but she did great =D

Pfft Yeahh i went to seee my grandparents an someone had to watch my gecko right. So i come home an they tell me that the light blew out an he was dead. Wonderful huh.? everytime i leave someone on the care of my animals they die. i dont trust nobody with my pets annymore haha

one time me and my brother where at school and my mom was watching my brothers dog and where we came back from my mom hade got use a hamster and i remberd that she said the onley way she would get use a hampster was if the dog died and i said what what happed to roxie and she said she got out and a little girl picked her up and throw her down a hill and it died in my moms arms and i was made at the person who opend the door and let her out

I get those feelings too.. I went away with my boyfriend and his family and my mum was taking care of him .. Well ive now been back home a week and havnt seen her eat much at all. And my mum said she wasnt eating while i was away too. Now im back my mum said she looks alot more active. But i just wish shed get back on track with her eating.. :/ any ideas?

Your geckos are beautiful! I've had mine now for about a year and whenever I go away my brother-in-law takes care of her. I know he's doing a good job but she gets so stressed out she won't eat for about a week afterwards!

u should make a corner hide with a open back so u can c the gecko's inside, my old girl, leo, used to have a small tunnel that she used to love, but then she got paralised in hr rear legs :'( so now shes died about a month or two ago :(

well i get nervous when somone cares for my pets the worst thing was my uncle put a blue belly lizard in my bros bearded dragon tank and beardie ate it and he got parasites but he is still aive now :) and your gecko looks amazing

@leopardgecko313 kids man they are so annoying they don't understand anything but still persist to explore everything! little shits! My cousins nephew opened the tank without her knowing when she was caring for my gecko and found the sliding doors open the next day but my gecko never escaped thankfully.

I hate leaving my reptiles to. I left mine in the care of my cousin, she came round every other day to water and feed but one time brought her little nephew round. he opened the tank without her knowing because kids get into everything lol. Then when she came back the next day the sliding doors were open! but my gecko never decided to try and escape plus he would have a bit of a fall and hurt himself because my tanks on top of a set of drawers. but yeh i'm glad he didn't escape!

I hate that! I made an instruction sheet on how to properly care for the lizards when I am not there, it helped alot!

Yes, I do alot, I have 16 geckos to look after now (10 of them are my friends geckos) and next week I'm going to new jersey, then nyc, then California for spring break. I dnt know to do. I'll probly bring them my local reptile store to.

yeah my geckos know who is danger to them and they to me and i know because some people dont know how to take care other peoples pets or things

The only one I'd trust with my geckos is my coworker. She keeps leos as well so I know I can trust her. Now...the time I had to board my cat at the vet; longest week ever.

umm..i havent been on a vacation in a very long time and if you check my videos out, i have 12 animals. but i'm taking a vacation to New Jersey next month and to Ohio in the summertime. so i'm a little nervous about that.

wen i went on holdiay, i had to let my dads friend look after them, and they've never been the same since, i used to handle them evreyday, but he didnt handle them once so they were causious of me again...

Yeh i went to Austria and my mom had to take care of my bearded dragon and my iguana and i thought they were going to die but they were fine. Then i went to Ireland and my idiot older brother had to care for my beardie my monitor and iguana but nothing went wrong either time xD
