I've never understood the reason for having cover letters at all. I think it's all a front to cover up for the ugly truth that the vast majority of hiring is based on nepotism or liking the person, in person. I think cover letters and all that are just to keep up bullshit appearances that nobody believes in anyways.
LMAO! I have been feeling the same. Irritable, depressed, so on.... but what is so hilarious is we are having unusually warm clear weather lately. Normally we have gray skies with cold wet weather. I have to admit I really like it cold gray and wet.
Well, different strokes for different folks... Actually, there was a time when I preferred the weather gloomy; usually that was when I was suffering through the intense, glaring heat and humidity of a Florida summer.
Yeah, Arizona is a bit of a hottie. I was there for March or May one year, and it was already toasty hot. I can't imagine what a summer there would be like.

Totally understand about codependency in families, and poverty of knowledge...I'm quite far from home now and all I can hear from home is "when are you coming back." But if I were there in the nest, they would be happy but I wouldn't! Wish there was a pill for codependency...Happy 2009!

Oh, your desciption of the northwest reminded me of when i lived there, i hated the "winter" months (and the summer months). Don't know why, but i find your vids very intresting.

I actually do like the summer months of the Northwest, although my main complaint is that the people up here are pathologically private, even with their emotions and thoughts. What they show you isn't very often how they really feel or think.
*L* Yes, I'll grant you that but, on the whole, I definitely find the people here a lot more private than the sorts of places I've grown up... unless I've grown up around some truly amazing fakes, which is always possible, of course.
Age might have something to do with it also. When you're growing up things are more enchanting and interesting, as you get older people (us included) tend to become more cynical and jaded and get viewed with a questioning eye. Plus, it becoms easier to spot the fakes, phonies and cliche(maybe?).

They are merely more polite.

i personally dont think i could leave a climate like florida for the northwest, there deosnt seem to be any logic behind that... unless you left for education or work and didnt return.

i personally dont think i could leave a climate like florida for the northwest, there deosnt seem to be any logic behind that... unless you left for education or work and didnt return.
