Because I have a condition called cerebral palsy. Ok your brain controls movement. Brain cells send signals to your body. Tell your limbs to move. When I was not breathing and so they got me breathing but some brain cells die and so my movements are uncontrolled, that's cerebral palsy. Ask your teachers in school.

Because having cerebral palsy means you cant control your moments. Go and ask your Mummy about it or look it up if you are clever enough.
