A Note about making an accurate shunt, When you solder the sense wires on to the copper always let the shunt return to room temp before checking it accuracy. If you don't believe this, solder your first wires on let cool then measure your voltage drop with your load going trough the shunt then heat the middle of the shunt. You will see your reading change.

So far the best combo is combining HHO & Geet with the old "Hit & Miss Engine" of the early 1900's. A super setup for living off the grid.

I also found a 20 amp meter with a linear scale on E-bay for $4.95 US$ and that includes shipping. I have two coming in soon.
