Do we need to do certain things to make our Sims witches, if so then what?

cheech5102, you can download these things from websites.
But there's going to be witches in the new sims 2 game apartment life, so you could have witches in there.

I know that but I was wondering if we need to do things like how we get Vampires and Werewolves.
Oh, to make them witches you have to find another one and when they become friends you could learn from them.
