It really depends on how often you do gaps. If you don't do many gaps they should pretty much last you until you need new frames.

The only time you will really notice the suspension aspect is if you do a gap or a rail to drop. The suspension pads are made of a very hard rubber and in order for you to get the frames to really flex you need alot of force.

These frames are still good even if you don't do alot of gaps because by having the rubber suspension pads in the frames helps to absorb alot of shock. Hope this helped.

Sorry, Looks like Kyle forgot to mention where the washers go. The washers go between the mounting bolt and the frame. They are used if the head of the mounting bolt is too small for the hole on the frame.

i didnt find them hard to assemble at all. But what annoyed me was tht th wee hole in th suspension block didnt actually line up with th frame bolt to make it easier 2 tighten th frames 2 th boot.
