why do ppl claim it doesn't work, have you even trained with it? I didn't buy it myself, my local gym bought it. I use it (the right way, not so fast) and DAMN my belly is aching :D

Ab Coaster is friggin stupid! You can get the same OR better results in less than 12 weeks by using simple machines, and it costs less. Don't buy this piece of shit. Trust me. its not worth the money!

Here's tfinder again - remember, it's an exercise machine, just like the 100's of others at the health club. Exensive? yes - I'll give you that, but it is very solidly made and it allows me to do the hanging leg raise without the back strain - and you can add weights -- trust me; plenty of resistance for even a badass.

There you are again as well. Sorry, but you aren't hanging nor are you doing leg raises. Instead you are doing leg slides whatever that does. If you want to do real leg raises with back support get a cheap power tower. There are no shortcuts to fitness. It may provide something to someone with injuries. However, no one will develop a six pack using only that device.

Anyone who thinks there is a short cut to fitness or that exercise without changing your diet will get you a six pack are really on their own. The question here however is: Is this a good and effective piece of equipment yes or no - period.

Thats all well and good but infomercials are always trying to convince everyone they can get fit without doing any real work.

There were 60 applicants and not hundreds. Awards mean nothing unless the source is creditable anyway. How did they determine it achieves results and at what capacity? This is the same expo that nominates BS magical supplements. Popularity isn't synonymous with creditability.

If its so great why are there none on here that have shown results?

There are many that say these dumb overpriced gimics work but no one is able to show results. Just do P90x which works everything, doesn't take up half of your living room, costs a fraction of the cost, and REALLY works.

Ab machines require proper nutrition and hard work to get results, too. This is just a more effecient way to do it, and with less strain on your back vs. sit ups/crunches.
