I saw the screening at Horrorfest (at Starfest 2008) - awesome! I can't wait to get it on a DVD. A must-see movie for horror fans and animation enthusiasts alike.

The Pit and the Pendulum short film will be comtinue with worldwide film festival screenings thru 2008. SHows incluse comic conventions, Horro Cons, film festivals and other shows to be announced... the DVD release is scheduled for Spring, 2008, with over 1.5 hours of extra features, including crew interviews, 'making of' vids, storyboards, script breakdown, multiple language subtitles, and a few Easter eggs...stay tuned, and thanks for you checking the trailer!

At last some stop motion with human figures, not all these other fantasy creatures/animals. I wish someone would make a horror or gangster(!) film with human-like puppets and not 'perfect' animation, none of that elaborate Burton/Selick MTV-CGI-like garbage.
