I don't know about the truck; it's not my thing, sorry. I would recommend going on the Canadian while the F40PH-2s and Budd cars are still around. There's no real train travel without lightweight streamliners with dome cars.
Good looking train (8:30). What brand of fuel truck was that?
Besides the TTC & illegally hopping on freight trains when I was a kid - I have never been for a real train ride. Maybe this summer I will ride the Canadian.

Great video. I did this in 2009 on the Ocean from just west of Bathurst, NB all the way to a spot just east of Sackville, NB. Long video.
