I couldn't disagree more -I like White Stripes more than the other two bands, and they have more members.

Although in this song Meg pushes the beat - her pocket is generally very loose - it's almost like that Brazilian swagger- ex cyro baptista-but she's always there. The thing about Meg is - no one sounds like meg - so maybe she's technically not doing the hardest thing, but that's not what makes a good drummer- It's feel - JW could have any drummer and he chooses meg.

Hmmm, I think Captain Beefheart may be an acquired taste. To say he simply "sucks" is sort of dismissive... like people who say The White Stripes suck because they don't have a bassist. It's always good to keep an open mind about stuff, and even if you don't like, understand that there are things that some people may find appealing.
