Not necessarily. And are you deaf? Until StudioARE makes the game and/or movie, he doesn't own the copyright. He still owns the ROwar copyright on ROBLOX but not on Blender.

The files made with Blender is copyrighted. In our country (I do believe you do too) we don't have to stick a big "OMFG COPYRAIGHED WORK I SUE" -mark on our work, they already are copyrighted.

If you owned ROBLOX corp.(or whatever you're gonna use to make it(not ROBLOX)), it can count as copyright.

But the 'models' still belong to whatever company.

Yes he does own it. The only reason they could make a newer version of the movie was because the maker and company had died off so the copyright instantly expires.

He only owns the copyright wen the game will be made. Up to now, it has no copyright. And besides, if the maker died the copyright goes on until it is SHUT down. It would be like saying if David died, ROBLOX is shutdown.

That is what I was saying they made a newer version of the movie because the company that made the original shutdown or sold the copyright. And copyright is applied when the object/idea is made, RoWar being the idea, has thus so got a copyright.

I think you need to learn something about Copyright.

You see , every time you make something, from a video to story or a photograph or picture. You Automatically own a all right Reserved copyright to that product. It's true.

So both the RoWar story line and the RoWar videos goes under my Copyright. But if you read Roblox's rules will you see that all Roblox Places belongs to Roblox company so I don't own the places I made, just the Story and movies and well all the 3D models I'm making.
