@Freakingpanda1 It's written in AutoIT are you familiar with it?, just basically mouse/keyboard events and looking for pixels.

I haven't written anything in autoit before, however I've heard about it. I primarily write in visual basic.

I'll indeed look into it. The pixelsearch is quite a nice idea actually, never thought of it :P

@Freakingpanda1 AutoitIT is just a scripting language you could make a way more advance bot with a actual programming language. But yeah the AutoIT version is basically all pixelsearching and pixelgetcolor I do a precheck then do some action (mouse/keyboard event) and check the pixel again to see if the action was performed.

I see. However I wonder, how can you detect values in the game? I mean for instance when the deathknight to coil the low hp ghouls or when the hero levels up and you select a skill. How can you detect these values (level and hp)?

@Freakingpanda1 When the hero level's the hero skill icon changes it puts a 1, 2, 3 etc. there you can do a PixelCheckSum in that area before the level up and then just compare it occasionally to see if it leveled. And with low health units I did a pixel search at the health bars and looked for a orange color.

However if you are coding in VB you should be able to read the memory. I found a ton of pointers in the game, like reading the level of all your heroes.

@PsyShiver Yeah I'm working on new versions, the undead one should still work. I also made a footman rush for human that works very well like 45% win rate with out me taking over. Also have a hunt rush that I need to tweak more. I've been working on a more stable faster bot.

well i was a tester of this bot ... it´s working with just scripts like ... "click now left click in 1000x300 pixel" or "press g" do you understand? it just follow the screen on the screen like colors and pixels

well i was a tester and you have to insert the mapname in the bot ... well if a enemy was found (red) it locates to him.. this is realy complicated i know a lil about scripting but if you lagg one time the bot isnt working ... its just a command follower

just watch mini-map, when the attack begins the cursor is always over red's base and "click-attacking". The maker also put some micro into the bot (will auto-cast coil on weak ghouls).

I was learning to program as I wrote this bot, it was easier to make a designated worker build the buildings. And I was aiming for a rush so didn't need a graveyard/shop. I learned some more advance programming techniques at college so I made the new bot pull a worker off the gold mine and build something then put it back on.

Having said that.. It IS very good for a written programme.. And if it can win at least 40% of games it goes in while you are actually away from the keyboard.. Is undetected by the warden and can beat most noobs then.. GJ

This bot is shit.. Or the guy who made it's configs. I say this because with some decent micro skills, you could easily kill counter his ghoulrush.. The red dude in this game aint even microing his hero/units, which leads to defeat in this case.. A noob would do much better than this pathetic bot :)

that's because this is a bot, just a quick rush to get quick wins. It gets about 100 wins a week by itself when I leave it on at night. Then if I play during the day thats even more wins. 1500 icon is easy to get.

that answer is simple, to get icons. When you go afk or go to sleep at night just turn on the bot I usually get about 30 wins a night just from botting. Makes those 1500 icons really easy to get. But if you want to hand play 1500 wins go ahead. I've got other things to do.

It looks like this bot has predefined actions. Does he analyzes anything like spawning place and according to it chooses it's building places? What if a sheep stands in a place where building should be built?

yeah there are predefined coordinates for each building on each start location of each map. If there happened to be a sheep there it wouldn't build, but I've never ran into that problem. haha

only when u need to summon a building then u go out the mine and summon, no need to waste money to build 1 more only for building.

seems like dk did a good job because of the healing, and plus dk is a good hero so if i just want to be lazy i'll let the bot do all the building etc. and when it goes to attack, i'll take over and micro for it and usally always win :)

If you read I wasn't trying to prove anything there was just a few people who couldn't get the bot to work. So I recorded a video of the bot playing. It's just to show what the bot does. Like the description says *DEMOSTRATION*
