It's apparent that the corner of the grappler applying the knee bar feels that there was a tap. It also looks that the grappler applying the hold felt the same way as it looked like he released the lock. But personally, the "tap" looked too short. The fighter should have held the lock until the ref stopped the match. < Learned that from personal experience.

Anybody else notice the dude looks like he's tapping out at 4:10? On the opposite hip from the camera right in front of the ref.

I'd like to amend my previous post. He totally tapped. Don't know what the ref was watching.
