im in love! Ford made the first 4.6 cobras for 3 years. 96-98, before goin to the 99 IRS cars. of the 96-98s, the 98 is the balls. The 98 wheels are in my opinion, the best mustang wheels EVA! similar to the cobra R wheel, but more of a BEND to them and better i think! and the colors in 98, WOW. 96 had the Mystic color, but other than that in 96-97, u had limited colors, black, white, red, a somewhat nice Green color if u like green. But in 98!? this yelow an the atlantic blue scream 98 cobra!
I am guessing you have the 17x10.5 in the rear with 315's. Looks great fills the rear perfect nice drop! My friend used Eibach Sportlines on his but we found Intrax lowers the front just a little more.
@adelphia4 they all got killer internals.but the 03/04 svt cobra supercharged only has 4 blot main,but its an iron block so it can kinda get away with it. all other cobra's have 6 bolt main.WAY better than the 03/04 engines.they can take lots more boost with 6 bolt mains.the old b port 1998 cobra engines can hold over 2000hp on the stock block.the 03/04 cobra engines cannot.
