for rathalos its special training -> Rathalos traing (need to clear tigrex and diablos to unlock)

and for Rathian Group training (dont worry you can do it solo if you want) -> Rathian training (I think you need to either kill a certain amount of rathian or clear the 5 star rathian quest in gathering hall)
