i found a 2000 audi a4 1.8 liter turbo for $4000 and has 96,000 miles on it, want to buy it as my first car, but my friend thinks there might be something wrong with it cause its to cheap, will it be more expensive to fix one up then to buy it new, please help youtube!!!!

i bought one for $17000, before i took the car to quattro mechanic they said it a wonderful clean car, after 5 month i heard clicking coming from the engine, a month after it broke down and it was the turbo, i had to replace the turbo and few other things and coasted me $6000.

Try changing ignition coils and plugs..also throw some chevron techron in the gas tank...can you get premium fuel in Romania?

hey guys i have allsaw an audi a4 1.8 t quattro year 2000 . until a few weeks a go second gear went up to 100 kmh ,now doesent go more then 80 kmh . and after 2000 rpm when i step on it ...really sound like a diesel . what problems do you think has the car becouse i live in romania and evereybody tells me the care has nothing :)

if car sounds like a diesel... maybe heavers (carets) of valves are broken... but why you lise your power... i dont know :|

dont ever rev your car like that when its cold. you fck it up when the oil has not warmed up.

heh... They are good... thats nothing for audi... 200 000 is nothing for Audi... This that i had was very very good and in good condition... If the man who had the Audi before you enshrine it than its good... That one was in very good condition and the engine is very very good... Buy it if its not expansive :)

oh man.... same lights are on in my audi. check engine, abs, and break

hehehe. yesterday my car was broken and i go to service and they change some things... now there is no check engine, only abs and brake :)
