You're riding is really good, just make sure that you ride on the right leg, don't go so much high in the air when you'r trotting and lean a bit behind (unless it's easier for like that) ;)
Eatherway,you are great,you seem young so you'll learn,I mean I'm 13 and I'm still learning,even thought I ride since was 7 ;)
Not the most graceful canter, but believe me, I did that A LOT when I as learning to canter! Your butt hit the saddle a lot, so my advice is to sit deep and keep a nice bend in your elbow! You always want to keep your eyes ahead and not looking down, or before you know it, your on the floor! Nice first canter though!
oh and also try and keep your shoulders, heels, and hips aligned while you are riding. you should be able to draw a straight line going through your heels, hips, and shoulders. meaning you will keep your back straight. so, even when in half seat, you will have your hips and heels aligned, unlike in this video. just some constructive criticism :)
try to get your diagonals right while posting. 'rise and fall with the leg on the wall' follow the front leg on the wall, so when it goes up, you go up, etc, etc. also, while cantering, or riding altogether, try to keep your arms rrrreeeelllaaaxxxeeeddd!!!!. keep them by your sides at about a 90 degree angle, and just try and sit the canter for the first couple of times you canter. just go with the rythm of the horse. not to be mean, or anything. hope this helps. :D
this is good :D just make sure you check that diagonal and you may want to get into half seat because you were bouncing a bit, and that could be uncomfortable for the horse :) and, if it helps, you can hold mane so you're not subconsciously pulling on your horse's mouth :)
@horsequeen4life Thanks! but I was holding onto the mane...thats one reason why I was leaning forward(: lol & I know..Im gonna trying & not stand up like that next time(:
How old are you if I may ask?

Very good, but just a tip - make sure you don't lean forward and have a nice, straight back :)

Thats was good for your first time! (:
One thing i would suggest is that you roll your shoulders back, your tipping forward. I used to that ALL the time! But other than that, good job! (:
