Workplace bullies are a disease that can grow, destroying the vital parts of any nation.
I've read Gary's book as well ("the Bully at Work")............it was very usefull when I was experiencing the activities of my workplace bully.
Anybody who reads this comment should seriousely take my personal advice and get your hands on this book.
