i have this phone and once you take the back cover off you must scratch the handset plus break the cover clasp while squeezing it on!

This phone does not support GPS. Google maps is not run on GPS but uses the internet instead.

It's a different kind of technology.

No, it has A-GPS

With which a simple application "turned on for like 2 minutes" will allow GPS possible applications such as the MobiMaps to see where you are located,

needs to be debranded though
