easy mode dosent allow you to get rare metals to make chips,only normal and hard do.

How do you get the characters to speak Japanese?

That can only be changed in the options menu for PC only. Otherwise you'd have to have your PS2 moded in order to hear the Japanese dialouge.

Go in as Axl w/X or Zero as backup( Zero Preferably for his double jump later). For Navigator I'd go w/Layer for this 1. That way she'll alert you when there's a DNA core that is copyable. The 1 in mention is a guard carrying an NRG sword. Destroy him using the copy ability, collect the core then proceed to the end of the platform. Do not fall off though! Destroy the drone, then look back at this vid. In order to light up the generator you need to have Plasma Ray or Thunder Dancer.

You need to destroy the guard using the copy core. On PS2 it's the triangle button. On PC, whatever key you set it to.

If you still need to know its on avalanche yetis stage, its best if you Zero and X.

Once you get of the vehicle you'll see a platform of black-grey pipes before the door.

Go to the front of that thing and use zero's double jump to get to the first part of it then jump off to your left then jump again to your right when you get to the top you'll see a thick wall of ice you need the you get off optic sunflower which should melt the ice. then you'll see the capsule

After that repeat the same process only use Zero and Axl.

jump off the left of the platform with axl and then hover you should see a new rare metal
