This is an awesome quote, I intantly recognized it from J R Oppenhiemer at the culmination of the Manhattan project in New Mexico. I also thought it gives whole new meaning to the name of Linkin Parks new album that the qoute is featured in, a thousand suns. This term was used to describe the light and explosion of the atomic bomb.
Its crazy that they used this quote, i learned of this because i had to write a college paper about WWII and i read some of the info that was said during the first test in New Mexico, Linkin Park is an amazing band and many people might of not liked the new CD but they dont fully understand the meaning behind the lyrics.

Just INCREDIBLE video! A good way to explore the harder and better Linkin Park album.
