when it drys he just wiped the soap off with a rag :)

Hey, got a question. My friend is gonna draw some skull thingie on very thick paper, and we'll cut it for paint spray.

Now the thing that worries me is the outer layer protection? After I spray main color, and place outer layer to protect main color from second, won't the paper absorb the spray??

@RipRocks97 if i were to do it, i would wait until the paint you put on after you put on the soap dried, then you wipe the paint off. you can do this with paper cut outs too, just cut out the shape you want then paint lay it on your board, and paint all around or inside it depends if you want to use the cut out part or the paper that you cut out from...
